EDGE ?

I have a bud that wants to sell me a edge juice for 150 bucks.Its the first model (1000).My truck is a 05.Can I get some help with the pro's and con's

Save up another $250 and you can get the SCT, which controls the trans, unlike the edge that will most likely put a hurt'n on it, and that could cost you a whole lot more$$$!

what he said, In all honesty Id Give Innovative or RCD a call and have them make a tune for you. can't go wrong with either company. The Edge ain't really all that worth it IMO.

get the sct i have an edge evo, edge used to blow a lot of trannys they have since started using generic trans tunes and drivability sux. Its up to you its not a bad product but also not the best

I am not 100% certain the EJF1000 will even work on the 05-up models. I was thinking only the Platinum worked with those due to the PCM change in 05.

Most deff get the SCT. I had an Edge Platinum and I switched to the SCT and OMG am I glad I took everyones advice and bought the SCT and tunes from Innovative.

i raced a guy with a edge tuner thursday. he had either stock or 285's bfg at's tire wise. i have 315's and spun quite a bit. the race was over at about 30mph. by 50mph i had over a truck legnth. his truck was a 05+ ccswb 4x4

2006 f250 4x4
crewcab lariat
auto elec tcase
soon to have
isspro egt/boost/trans/fuel

as well as pretty much
everything else
