improving fuel economy

The ol lady's 2004 only gets 15mpg stock, my 2000 7.3 does a lot better than that on 36" ATs. Besides intake and exhaust, what reccomendations have been made (tuners) for improving fuel economy? She doesnt haul anything or need to go much faster than it already does, so we arent looking for huge power increases, just like to pass a few fuel pumps. I'm sure this question has been asked before so if someone could direct me to the thread that would be great, thanks!
