I am certainly no expert but I don't think you can hit 600hp on the stock turbo on just fuel.....

Again, I am not an expert on this topic, so hopefully some others with more knowledge will answer you better than I can but IIRC, Smokeshow was at about 600hp on 205's and a bigger turbo (but I don't know what size it was)..

From what I have been told, just shy of 500hp is about the max with the stock turbo... To go higher than that, you need more air than it can provide....

I have also been told that anything much over a 155 injector will do ugly things to your stock turbo (again, that is what I have been told, I have no first hand experience with it), so you might be better off to wait until you are ready to do the turbo before doing injectors, so you aren't spending even more money......

600hp on fuel on the stock turbo is inpossible with a 6.0L. Now if we had common rail fuel systems and a better VGT turbo like the D-max's it would be possible. Back to your topic though, for injectors your going to want 190cc - 205cc range and for a turbo, I would go with Trusted Perfomance and their 64mm turbo. That should put you right around your 600hp goal. Keep us posted on what you decide to do!

you wont get 600rwhp with stock turbo even if you have bigger sticks. You need a full blown fuel system with a bigger fuel pump, 190-225cc injectors, at least a 64mm turbo with good tuning. But you also need other supporting mods for that 600hp. Such as intercooler, studs, egr delete, and a good tranny upgrade.

2004 F-350 XLT SC 4x4: SCT, AFE stage II, autometer gauges(pyro, boost, tranny, fuel), edge insight, CFM large mouth intake elbow, spearco, snow performance water injection, 5" stacks, ARP's, fluidampr, hypermax fire rings, LIPD regulated return, FASS, fuelab, casserly 190's, 64/71/70 turbo(polished compressor housing)modded FICM(ID), Hellmann's sump, electirc fans

Ok so I have done some reserch and I talked to river city diesel a while back and they sayd I wold be fine with 190mm and stock turbo for a wihle and was told they can be defueled to tow with so I am probably going to go with 180 to 190 injectors but what size turbo will be a good mach for thes that is streatable, towable every now and then and still hook a sled at the county pulls about 3 times a year?

I was running my 190's with the stock turbo for a while with no issues. If your gonna upgrade both the injectors and turbo...it's best to do the injectors first. For that size of an injector, a 64mm turbo i think will work great. I'm running a 64/71/70 with my 190's.

Injectors, fuel system, studs, and egr deleat are going to come first that will break the bank for a while then the turbo will come a few months later but what do all the numbers that I have in bold mean when talking about turbos I dont no that much about turbos thanks
