can't really blame it on the edge I have seen plenty of stock trucks w/ blown headgaskets...

Edge used cylinder pressure testing equipment when they did the programming for the Evo to keep cylinder pressures within IH margins, so it should be about as safe as you are going to get (which is still not a guarantee of being safe) when talking about a programmer on one of these......... If you aren't having issues, I wouldn't sit around worrying too much about it. Just use your head..

That most likley explains why edge doesnt make the most horsepower and is cleared by the EPA, Will it increas my chances of having problems if i stack it with a juice module??

Unless you are referring to using a trans only tune with the Juice, stacking is a very bad thing on this engine... Cylinder pressures will rise exponentially. It's almost a guaranteed way to blow your headgaskets........

Not to mention the power gains are not a 1+1 = 2 deal... At best you might get 1.25. So the risks far outweigh the rewards...

yea i was gonna run the evo in trans only and run the 80 hp on the juice i think my 100 hp on the evo is a little to much for daily driving

might talk to the guys at php. their guy did alot of programming and now also does custom tunes for the evo. called the gryphoon
