If I remember correctly the vans are only rated at 235hp, and trucks were 325hp. So in theory, a 40hp tune based on truck tuning would be 130hp in a van. A 120hp file from a truck would be 210hp in a van. IIRC, the lower rating on the vans was due to a lack of an intercooler. I could be totally wrong on the intercooler and base power level, but I know vans are rated at a lower power level to begin with.
