Question running rough when hot

Hi guys,
I changed the injectors of my 1999 F-250 to stage two and I also threw in a adrenaline hpop.
I shimmed the fpr till I got about 85 psi of fuel pressure just to make sure I got enough fuel to the injectors
I went for a road test and,but I noticed that when the engine is at operating temperature it seems to run rough
I ran it for about a week because I tought there was air in the system, when that didn't help I changed the cps and the ipr sensor with no change
What should I do next??
The truck is other than the injectors and the adrenaline hpop bone stock
Oh yes,I do have the 6637 air filter from napa

thanx guys,
michael

85 psi seems to be on the high side - 70-72 seems to be about the sweet spot, IIRC.

Did you change the tuning for the injectors?

Are your Stage 2 injectors single shots or split shots?

If they are singles, then you will see an improvement with the correct tuning.

Singles don't like to operate on split-shot tuning.

deffinately back that fuel pressure down.. alot of pressure for no reason, also with the bigger amount of fuel from the injectors and no tuning it wont run properly even with splitshot injectors on a splitshot pcm. get a tuner on there and back the fuel pressure down to somewhere between 65-70. id also suggest guages if you dont have them.

I would go with Power Hungry Performance and there FU package, they can email you tunes that you can install on your chip. If you dont like something they can tweak it and send it back...

Fuel pressure is way to high, anything from 60-70 is enough. More is not better, just causes fuel leaks and other issues.

Where did you get the injectors from? Poor idle when warm could be an injector issue.

There are a host of tuners available with the ability and know-how to deal with shipping internationally. The e-mail feature CSIPSD mentioned is a great feature and several vendors offer it.

I would suggest you take a look at the TDG vendors and post in our Vendor Forum to see who can meet your needs.
