wicked wheel question

so i baught a wicked wheel a long time back never got around to putting it on so when i did my injectors i said hey wtf do it now since everything is out of the way, well the bolts that hold it to the pedistal are tighter than a nuns crotch and they are not coming off, soaked them for days in penetrating oil and it did nothing, my question is can it be changed out with out taking the turbo off and if so how do i go about doing it?

you will have to remove the valve cover. use a 1/2" impact and spin the old wheel off with a few short burst of the impact. and just use a few hits from the impact to install the new one. not a hard job. there is a video of it on you tube that shows it step by step
