Is this normal for a turbo?

I took my turbo apart to put a new Compressor wheel on and I noticed that the shaft, towards the threaded end, has some movement in it as if it is slightly bent. Funny thing is when I reinstall the compressor wheel there isnt any movement on it. Is this normal? Is it ok to use? Any info is appreciated.
