truck runs like its running out of fuel

the other day after while running my truck pretty hard in the mud and it began to run like it was running out of fuel like its getting just enough fuel to stay running real rough.. i took the programmer off and it runs the same..it will drive but it has no power at all..and the check engin light is on... i replaced the cam sensor and all the wiring harnesses going to injectors are all new and the fuel filter is good.. the only thing that i could come up with is its the fuel pump on top of the motor.. does anyone have any other ideas before i change it because id hate to spend the time replacing it and not fix the problem..

Check your fuel pressure at the schraeder valve. Seems like there's a screen on the side of the fuel bowl on the OBS that has to be cleaned when the symptoms are a fuel restriction.

fuel pressure was good... so i think any thing mechanical i have ruled out... i dove it today and it didnt run crappy for a good 10 minutes then to startd running with same problems for like 30 sec then normal and it would just run like crap ever couple minutes.. the whole time we were getting all kinds of trouble codes that didnt even make since on the programmer ... well i did some research and im pretty sure my edge screwed my pcm up so im going to got to the dealer and get it flashed and hope that fixes the problem..

i got the pcm flashed and i dont think it was the problem i drove to the dealership without a single problem with the programmer on... got there put the truck back to stock and then had the pcm flashed and then stopped by the auto parts store and bought some diesel clean and then drove it around for a good 10 minutes and it start running real crappy again for like 30 sec and then back to normal and then i drove it for another 5 minutes and ran fine..

it seems like its getting better but im still not to sure whats going on.. im thinkin about trying to replace the cam sensor again.. anyone have any ideas yet?
