new gp and relay still no start

I replaced all 8 glowplugs and the relay is working like it should. If I don't plug the truck in it will not start even when its 50 degrees outside. What could my problem be? All the connections under the valve covers are getting power. What should I look at next?

Does it spin quickly? Are the batteries old? You shouldn't have to plug in until well under 30 degrees.

I agree with Mutley - give us some more information on what it's doing.

I would check the following:

1. Batteries

2. Starter

3. Fuel (gelled, filter, pressure)

Batteries are new and the fuel is good. It does seem to spin slower than it should. It may be weak from trying to start it with bad glow plugs. The starter surges when I crank it over it goes fast then slow and so on. It has plenty of juice.

I would also remove / replace the starter and get it tested ...SuperDuty starters are better than our original ones ...they have more torque

Ditto on the starter. I was chasing a cold start issue as well. Starter seemed to crank fast enough. What happens, is the starter may draw TOO MANY AMPS, and starve the injectors and other systems of voltage.

I would give the batteries a long full charge and swap out the starter and relay switch too.

By the way, check that oil level is full or injectors will not operate.

I changed the starter which solved the speed at which it spins but still will not start unless it is warm or i plug it in. Once it is started it runs great like it always has, just hard to start, what should I look at next.
