7.3 4R100 Issues

Titles says it. I plow/tow a trailer with my truck. 99 F250 SD. Its on its third tranny. I want this one to last. So far I put a Temp gauge in the pan and a big 6.0 cooler up front. It was still running over 200, so I mounted a 16inch diameter pusher fan infront of the AC condenser (wont fit between Ac condenser and trans cooler). I hooked it up to a toggle switch so I can just let it run. What else can I do to keep the tranny cool, the truck is 100$ stock, no chips or anything.

what is the cooler bypass? The cooler is not connected to the radiator anymore. The lines go from the trans right to the cooler, then back to the trans.

on a 4 R 100 there is a line that runs from the front cooler line port back to the rear cooler line port that is a bypass.

Thats the passenger side trans line right? I just bought the BD block off spacer kits. Do they both go on the passenger side line? One spacer in the front and one in the rear? Also, do you REMOVE the "check valve" or just put the spacer over it to plug the holes? Thanks.

Im guessing you just take the banjo bolt off, slip the spacer over it and put it back?

Im taking the truck to Ford. Having them flush the trans system. Im going to have them see if everything is working right. Including the bypass valve. If not, Im going to replace it first, see how it works. If I still have heat, ill try blocking it off.
