late 94 F-450 spudder and smoke

Late 94 7.3 5speed 204K miles you start it up after it is warm you step on it and from 1300 RPM and up it brakes up spudders and smokes lite blue like a ton but if i drive it it dont do that with a load on it but i can not get the ICP to go above 2400 no matter how hard i try. I had a P-1212 and a P-1280 I have a new ICP sensor coming I think that will fix the P-1280 for now I swaped the Leaking ICP with a used one i had in the shop. with it beeing a late 94 My Auto engeuity wont read much I cant read IPR duty cycle or ICP I put a gauge on the rail to get the ICP pressure. tomorrow Im going to swap out the IPR and see what happens. looking for any input.

really no one has a clue on this issue?

It could be the IPR as well. Have you tried disconnecting the ICP and see what it does? I assume it will run on a set program on your truck like it will on 2001.

I did try it with the ICP unpluged did it also. I replaced the IPR last night. It helped. I also replaced all injector orings on the pass side 1,3,5,7 (they didn look bad) but still is not right. I put stright power and ground to the OLD IPR before i took it out just to see if the pump was capable of making above 2400 psi and it did it went to 4,000 when I was cranking it. What it does now is if i do WOT the ICP jumps to about 3200 then it settles at 2300 and it flutters and smokes bad while it sits at 3000 RPM.

I have the other 4 injectors out now But i only had 5 sets of orings at the shop so I will get 3 today and put them back in. ( again 2,4,6,8, didnt look bad either) It has 204K on the OEM injectors Im starting to think that they may just be shot. another thought i had was maybe the HPOP can and did make 4K psi but maybe it is week and cant make it when it is trying to feed 8 injectors.

At 200,000 it is time to start suspecting injectors.
