upgrade help please

So i just bought my first diesel. It's a 97 f-250 7.3 5 speed with 145k on the odometer. Its as clean as can be and bone stock. Want to do some upgrades. I use this as a somewhat daily driver and for towing around 10,000# horse trailer with horses loaded. Was wondering what upgrades i should due and n what order. Not looking for ridiculous amounts of power and would also like to improve milage right now its around 15mpg. Dont have an endless budget so will be a one step at a time upgrade.thanks for any and all help.

Wink

First of all, BEFORE any increase in HP, you must install gauges, to monitor your truck and prevent future issues, at least pyro to monitor EGTs and as you have a standard, Id say a Boost gauge.

Good luck.
