95 F350

I have a 1995 F350 dually just picked it up ... good oil and all factory nothing but straight pipe. I am getting 7-8 MPG. OUCH> anyone know what i can check to help the fuel milage... Their is no fuel leaks. I have checked and i think the map sensor is on the fritz so replaced it and still CRAPY milage... what else can i check? also has 230000 miles on it.

1999.5 F250 4x4 super cab 7.3L With edge attituede.
Converter lockup mod and EBPV exaust brake mod.
Air Hog cold air intake. Muffler delete, 35s on centerlines.
New F650 dash upgrade..

1995 F250 Single cab long bed 2wd.


2001 LB7 2500HD SOLD
AEM Brute Force intake, 5 1/2 stack exaust, Diablo Sport Predator Programmer. PPE boost valve, Autolite gauges. Built Allison (Alto steels, Red eagle clutches, Transgo shift kit, transgo lockup valve, and Personal Mods : ) edelbrock 1792 lift pump.

if it was Orings would i leak fuel somewhere or just low compression or what? It doesnt smoke runs clean .. Oil looks good. Can you explain how the orings would make bad fuel milage? Thanks in advance.. I have never had this type of problem
