Belt tensioner?

Is the belt tensioner assembly something that you can get at a auto parts store or do you have to go to ford?

The Ford part will last about 220,000-230,000 miles. My first one failed within that mileage span and my second one just failed last week at about 467,000 miles.

what was the problem with the belt tensioner? was it shaking while you were running and shredding belts?
