Pulling Powerstrokes

i was at the Dekalb Superpull in Eaton, Ohio and no one was pulling powerstrokes. can anyone tell why that is?
some said that there was a problem with the ford wiring harnesses

One reason may be is that you can make cheaper HP with other motors.:

'00 cc f 350 a few mods, and a bts tranny.

there are powerstrokes out there pulling but thet are harder to come by. at our county pulls it was dominated by fords.... there were like 38 in the class and id say 20+ were fords. but yes dodge 12v's are like the chevy 350. everyones built them and the parts are dirt cheap.

Same thing goes for around here. I'm usually the only Ford in our local pulls. We normally only have between 8 and 12 trucks in a class, but when the only Ford comes out on top it makes being different worth while.
