My truck is preg-o! (trans-a-mission)

Ok guys my truck is expecting! there will be a beautiful bouncing baby BTS Transmission born on April 10'th!

MAN! I hope its a BOY! Nothing against girls but they have PMS and all other associated issues.:

Just got off the phone with Patti, Got through on the first try, I don't see what people mean about being hard to get ahold of.:blah: She was very helpful in discussing the details of the transaction. Dropping almost 4000$ in one sitting is a little unnerving :badidea: but just talking with her made it all ok.

I Can't wait!!!

Now the important part, Mine will be delivered, I won't make it there to install. He will be contacting me the morning of the build to ask some questions.

Just wondering if anyone has purchased this way, What can I expect for questions? I want to have the information handy, and my decisions made before he calls.

I assume there will be some options available for the trans. EX cooler, and so on. Does anyone know off hand what these may be?

I hope I didn't break the smiley server! :laugh_explode: :deadhorse

Actually so far I believe the base trans work is 3800ish plus shipping and core. I think the core charge is about another grand.

I also purchased off E-bay a 6.0 trans cooler, for 100$ shipped.

Installation, and fluid are extra

Thanks for the info. The 6.0 torqshift cooler is the biggest and best move you can make--so far, cooler wise.

Maybe theres just something in the air or water in Colorado or only on weekends .

To add something useful, I plumbed a spin on filter adapter in the cooler lines on my rigs. It adds an extra qt of fluid and provides a fail safe to stop debris from clogging the cooler.
