Possible Turbo Leak??

i noticed a few days ago that my truck would make this sound kinda like what you hear coming out of an air hose when i was driving through town... only when i barely had my foot on the gas at like 5-10 psi boost... it almost sounds like the air is coming out the air intake. I noticed when it does this my boost goes from like 7psi to 2, but if i tap the pedal any little bit the noise goes away and the boost goes back up:shrug: also it only seems to do it when the truck is not completely warmed up (first 10-15 mins of driving)
I dont know what it is but someone please tell me cause its driving me NUTS

Its the EBV, there's a valve down stream of the turbo that closes to sped the truck's warming up. If you leave your truck in the driveway for a few min you'll hear it come on. It will stop once the oil is up to normal temp...

Makes a good exhaust brake!!!

It's the EBPV it my be getting triggered due to a problem with the sensor or sensor tube is clogged up if you're running a sooty program. the sensor is located by the hpop on the passenger's side with a tube that runs down to the manifold.
