No Power to Programmer

My mom has a 97 PSD with a Superchips 1705 programmer. I went out to program it back to stock so we could try the programmer in my friends 03 7.3. When I plug the programmer nothing happens like it is not getting any power. I went over to my truck(see sig) and plugged it in and it started the start up process on the programmer. Could there be a blown fuse not giving power to the programmer or could it have a wiring problem?
:thanks:

You know you are doing something right when the Ford dealers call you for parts.
