quick question

someone told me that because i have a banks power elbow that it is ok to unplug the electrical connector on the pedistal base. will this do any harm or restrict oil flow to the turbo?

it wont restict oil flow. its the exhaust pressure control valve circuit. it will set codes and your exhaust valve will no longer open & close.

you can do that regardless of the presence or absence of the power elbow.

If you're in an extremely cold climate it will make the truck a bit more cold natured.
