bb turbo and towing

anyone have any experience with towing with their bb turbo? Are they lagy, is there any surge, is there any complaints with them?:shrug:

they are not laggy at all they spool as fast if not faster the the stock turbo.

They can surge, but not untill you start pushing the boost to 35-38. Not an issue for most uses...

I am on my second BB. Lost an injector and it took out my first. My first one surged while pulling very hard. I tow at about 24,000lbs GCW

The second I got from Bob Riley and had it ported. It is very hard now to get it to surge.

Spools up faster
lower EGT
Significantly less surge even without porting
Sound cool!
