Is my oil cooler leaking ??

Help and Thanks experts. I have an 02 that I think may have an oil cooler leak, no oil is leaking on the ground from that area, however my coolant is dark and smells funny. The coolant doesnt have Diesel in it, the cups have been replaced and my oil is not milky or overly thin when changed. Any help is appreciated.
