Broken PCM bolt

The bolt that holds the wireing harness pigtail to the PCM broke and I cant figure out how to get the part out of the pigtail. It has some kind of retainer on it to hold it in the but I cant tell how to get it off. I have them zip tied together for now but I need to get it fixed.

Any ideas?

Thier is a retainer that holds that bolt in. if you take it apart, thier is a cover that slips over the wires and clips onto the connector, remove it and you should be able to grab the bolt head or the threades with a pair of needel nose plires. if this helps.

I have already taken the cover off of the pigtail connecter and can see the retainer. I just cant tell what type it is. It looks like a type of compression retainer but I just cant tell. I have been to two Ford houses and they both told me that they couldnt tell what kind it is either. Their service manuals dot have a picture of it. They said the DVD service manual might have more info but they only have the paper ones.
