rear diff gave up the ghost

Hi Guys, the rear diff on my 2000 2wd gave up the ghost. I heard some clunking noises and found the noise at the rear diff. I took the cover off and found some broken teeth on the ring gear. I need some help and advice.
The tag on the diff reads
s 409 h
L73 10 5 0A 18
Some numbers I saw on the ring reads
773FE W/A (a couple numbers I couldn't really read) then looks like 11 41
Would the current diff be a 3.73 10.5?
I may want to put a limited slip in there. Depending on costs. What recommendations do you guys have? I def want to stick with US makes.
I would be getting new bearings as well.

2000 F250 Supercab 2wd, 6spd, DP Tuner, Southbend conFE, MBRP 4" turbo back straight pipe. DIY intake.
