No power,batteries charged,alternator charging

Proud owner of a 2000 F250 7.3L,shes been a great truck 410,000 current miles and still running great.Yesterday she started acting up, all of a sudden electrical power dissapears causing it to stall. Took a voltmeter to the batteries, starter and alternator all had good reads of 13+.Now here is the weird part, as I was checking the fuses in the cab drivers side my elbow hits the power seat adjustment, surprise I have power being the key was in the ignition it starts the chime truck fires up everything is fine.Until the cycle starts all over again. I'm assuming there is an electrical short just don't know where to start,Any suggestions?

Has anything else changed lately? The seat wiring may be a good place to start, since it made a difference by bumping motor and mechanism as well.
