40 hp by slapping on another "stock" turbo????? Yeah right.

Those claims are outrageous. Plus, you'd be better off keeping your stock turbo and getting an ATS housing. It's cheaper than his "buy it now" price, plus it's better than simply porting out the stock one. Look at how thin that inlet wall is.

The ATS housing has a 4" inlet, compared to the stock which is less than 3 inches. The design of the housing isn't to pull in more air like the seller here is claiming, it's to eliminate surge and the flawed design of the stock turbo that's on our PSD's.

I had a ATS housing and a WW and 0 surge... but then I still upgraded to a bigger turbo... So think about how far you want to go...

All you need is the ATS housing for surge. Adding the WW will give you even more whistle, but it won't provide any additional help with surge when coupled with the ATS housing. It's up to you on deciding if you want both. Or like CSIPSD mentioned, think about how much power you plan to add, then decide on where you want to go.

For like 80 bucks you could eliminate surge and save the 3-400 something for another turbo down the road.
Good luck,
Steven
