Fuel in Coolant Resevoir

Hi I have a 2002 F-550 that came in the shop on Friday with fuel running out of the coolant resevoir. Has anyone ever heard of this before. The Ford garage says that there is no way that can happen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

That is pretty interesting. Maybe the head cracked from a coolant passage to water

You will have to let us know what you find out.
