CPS Question

I believe I have a CPS gone out on my truck from all the feedback I have gotten from ealier post.My problem is abbreviations are being used that being new I'm not familiar with.Is a CPS a crank positioning sensor or a cam positioning sensor. Also, where are they located on a 95 7.3 PSD.All the help is greatly appreciated, thanks guys. Ford wants $149.00 for a crank positioning sensor with no return so I need to be sure what I need before I buy it.THANKS again. Yankee Rebel:Thumbup:

Its right above the main crank pulley, If you look down below the rad res, its down there... I think its a 10mm deep socket.
