Happened to me on my IDI. If you can get a grip on it w/ vise-grips, then use alot of pentrating spray and try to twist it side to side.
It may or may not get blow out if you crank it up, mine didn't. I've heard it will make a nice hole in the hood, so atleast put a 2x or something above it before turning it over.
