It should be a D80, if it has a factory LS it is either the Powr-Lok or Trak-Lok.
You don't want the Powr-Lok if you're going to tow heavy, if it's a Trac-Lok you can rebuild it if it's not too far gone, they work pretty good when set up correctly.
Unless you just can't live without the ARB.
If it's a Powr-Lok, there's a good chance the differential housing is cracked, which would ruin the gears too.
That's why Ford went to the Trac-Lok.
