Question question about HPOP???

i was talking to a freind the other day He is a dodge/cummins guy but i wont hold that against him! anyway we were talking about HPOP's and he mentioned that the Excursion uses a Gear-rotor type pump where the other pumps that i think we are all familar with is the 15 degree and the 17 degree swash plate style, does anyone have any more info on this?:thanks:

sence they run off a gear, i geuss you could call them a Gear-rotor type pump with a 15 degree or the 17 degree swash plate.

The LPOP is a gear-rotor pump, but all the HPOPs are piston pumps.
