Fuel milage

I think my fuel milage is to low, I am only gettiing 12 to 13 mpg. I have changed the ful filter, air filter, oil. What else can I do or check?:shrug:

I plan on getting one soon, but not sure what to get. I would like to get something that I can change depending on how I would like to run the truck.
I planned on contacting DP tuners, what do you think?

i have the ts performance 6 position chip w/the other mods in my sig. and i have seen around the 20 mpg mark most of the time if i keep my foot out of it.

DP or Elite Diesel... Both are #1 in my book. TS is good too! They all will help your MPG's

I have looked at the tuner you suggested and going to give them a call also.

I am also running the stock air intake, should I upgrade to a aftermarket and if so which one?

I would upgrade to a open air intake and exhaust to help out because when my dad uses the programmer in his truck it sucks more fuel for some reason and we get like 12-13.

A Tymar intake is great, good bang for your buck, about $50-$100 or an AFE stage2 is about the best Hi flow out but at $400 its a bit pricy
