Powerstroke Problems . . .

Hi guys, I hope someone out there can help me. I recently bought a 1995 ford mini bus from my uncle for a whole $500.: Its got the powerstroke with an automatic and its 2 wheel drive dually. I bought it to use the motor and chassis for a project. Now i've spent the last couple of days trying to get it running. It has sat in the parking lot for probably at least 2 years without being run. The oil is full, the high pressure oil pump is full, the fuel filter is full too. We had it running on starting fluid (ether), but when you stop spraying it stops running. I'm going to check the fuel pressure tomorrow night, does anybody know what it should be at? I'm at wits end here, we have tried everything we can think of. The bus had nothing wrong with it when it was parked, they just didn't need it anymore. If anybody has any ideas of things to try to get it going or problems to why it won't start, please send me a shout. Thanks guys!

Check the big maxi fuses. I'm not sure where they are in a bus,but I would start there. If the fuel bowl heater corroded and blew the fuse it will not run .

Also check the battery voltage, make sure you have at least 10.5 while cranking or the injectors won't fire.

I'd be pretty confident if it ran when parked it will be something simple.

'00 cc f 350 a few mods, and a bts tranny.
