Fuel drain plugs

I'm in the process of pulling injectors to be sent in for rebuild. I've just removed the 4 oil drain plugs and oil drained like crazy from the rear plugs. Do I really need to remove the fuel drain plugs in the rear of the head if I've already drained the fuel bowl? I'm going to completely remove the stock fuel system since I'm in there doing the injectors. If I'm installing performance injectors I might as well improve the fuel system:

yes and no ... at work I dont bother but I am generally pulling a set out dropping new in right away.. dont tend to drop much fuel in the engine that way but leaving it sit while working on it waiting for inj you could fill a cylinder with fuel if you have a siphon gun .. a blow gun with a siphon hose on it to draw liqued up you can just let the fuel go and siphon it out after

other wise drian the rails by pulling the plugs in rear of heads
