Blow off valve

Considering putting one on. Will it hurt performance? Has anyone done one and if so how?

2000 F-350 6 speed. Bullydog 6 pos, MBRP TB 4in, Over boost eliminator, Wicked wheel compressor wheel. 285/75/16 KM2's, 05-07 Front end conversion with 35w 8K HID's

Why? You dont need one... The only reason you would need one is if you had a throttle plate or twins... Your wastegate is your "blow off" so to speak...

I really just want it for the sound.

Any excess boost is blown back through the intake, so a BOV won't do anything, besides you wouldn't hear it over the rest of the noise in the engine compartment:shrug:
