need some help fast please

Hey guys whats up. i haven't been on here in alone time but I'm back because i have a sirrouse problem. i still have my 97 stroker and i recently put cometic headgaskets, and head studs in it and a six position TS chip. i put all of this in becasue i put 230cc hybrid injectors init. now here is my problem once i put theses injector in i developed askip a bad one. i have tried all positions on the chip and even removed it. the skip is still there i know it's not in the injectors because i have tried diffrent ones also. the only thing is that the chip just has generic burns but even when removed it still skips. it kind of chatters when it shifts into overdrive. so i try to keep the rpms high but skips still there. let me know what you guys think

when you say "skip" do you meen it sounds like one cylinder is not fireing or is it cutting out compleetly at times
Any codes
have you checked your fuel pressure
when you installed your injectors did all the conections look good

Do you still have the 10k in. If so...pull that out.

And do you mean a miss in the engine...or when you say it chatters when shifting...a slip in the tranny engagement?

yes the 10k has been unpluged, its definatly a skip it happens all the time low idle or high idle. yes all the connections were good and clean. i have not been able to pull any codes and when i say it chatters it's not the tranny it's like the engine shakes from being unload at low rpm.

Check the flywheel for cracks. also check tourque converter bolts.

i have checked all that.i thought it was air but i have ran it for aleast 100 to 200 miles and has not seemed to change. i just had the engine out and everything is new and tight. i don't believe it's flywheel it' is defantly the engine. is there anyway to test your IDM?

Since you just changed injectors they would be prime suspect. You could have a stuck poppet or nozzle spring etc.

It's not uncommon to have issues with modded injectors. Hopefully your builder will warranty it and swap you an injector if that's the problem.

You need to scan it for codes and perform a CCT (Cylinder Contribution Test) and see if you have an injector that is not firing properly.
