2001 upgrading mirrors

does anyone know if i am able to put the newer tow mirrors w/turn signals and heated on my 2001 f350 or do they make a plug to adapt to.

If you want lights and heat you have to wire those in yourself. I believe there is an adapter made to keep the qc's on the wiring. For lights go tot the parking lights, and heat goes to key on hot.

I wired my heat to a toggle switch on the dash so the crud won't bake to the glass. :Thumbup:

'00 cc f 350 a few mods, and a bts tranny.

Thats a good idea,
FoMOCo has them set up to KO hot, probably not a great idea

Isn't there a replacement lens that you can just add, up and wire in w/o having to buy whole new mirrors?
