Cab Mount Bolt Torque

I'm about to go through the task of replacing my cab mount bushings. I've bought all new bolts from LMC to replace the rusty originals. The question at hand is..... how much torque do I put on the nuts & bolts? Should I torque up from the top side & the bottom side?

Just rememebered. If it means anything, the head of the bolts have SFT 10.9 on them.

Thanks,
