96 no start

alright guys i was going down the road and lost all power i gunned it and it just bogged and died, do i replaced the lift pump and nothin. does this sound like a usual cam sensor going bad?? any input would help. thanks

do you have a check engine light? It could be eather one of those.

well mine did that and i changed the fuel filter and it whent away.......you know when they changed the fuell so that low soot that what plugged mine up dead seriouse man that was the pronlem do that first then cam sensor

A quick way to tell if it's the cam sensor is to watch your tach while trying to start it. If the tach doesn't move it's the cam sensor.
