What sticker are you getting the date from? I was changing my oil yesterday and cleaned the winter gunk off the pass side valve cover and seen a build date of 2/99.

1999.5 PSD, 4x4, Auto trans, 6.0 Trans cooler, ZooDad Mod, ISSPRO Trans - boost - EGT gauges, Wicked Wheel, 5inch Stainless tip, 315 75 17 BFG AT's, ProComp 9000's at the corners, Fumatomo Valve, Pooned tank, DP Tuner F5 w/ 80 tow, 80 econo, 120 race and permagrin!

If you have a build date that is in 99...then you have a late 99. Loco is not wrong. (Jeeze it pains me to say that. j/k Loco) The cutoff date was mid December 98. You can't go by door trim or fender badges, you need to look at the turbo and intake plenums. When the switch occurred...the larger turbo and larger intake plenums went in. And that occurred around mid December 98.

Loco is probably correct because our early 99 has a build date of 11/98.
