6.0 intercooler

i have an 97 ford 350 and i bought a 6.0 intercooler for and i was wondering how hard it was to install and what was involved. where is the kit for this? i remember reading in a post about a kit for it but i cant find it. if you guy could help me out that would be great.

csipsd...that for on with an intercooler allready on it.. i dont have one to began with..where can i but the pips and the other things i need, dont have to take off like the whole front end..lights and everything.

Sorry, missed that part. You will have to remove everything down to the header panel. I will look around for some one with a "kit" but you might have to just junk yard it for everything.

well, i no it can be done. i have been told that it will work. i talked to tony wildmen and he said it could be done but i havent been able to get a hold of him and just seeing if yall would be able to help me out

I put a 6oh in my 96. It wasen't too bad, about a full days work.

Here is some instructions I used. Its for a 7.3 intercooler but its all the same

I used the kit from GTS to install the cooler also.

1994 F-250 PSD ext cab 5spd 4x4 Gutted ebpv ,Valeo smf and clutch,3 pos Tony Wildman chip!, 3-4" Dp, 4" exhaust,Tymar intake, shimmed fpr, HPX crossover, 1.0 a/r exhaust housing, vdo gauges, 279,000k
1996 F-250 PSD CC SB 4x4, 5spd, 4:10's SMF clutch, 3" dp, cats gone, gauges Tymar intake, HPX, .84 a/r exhaut housing, 6oh intercooler/GTS kit, 4pos chip by Tony Wildman!

thanks guy for everything hopefully i will be able to buy the kit this weekend or something but i will let you know how it turns out
