engine swap

a buddy called me to see if he can put a 1996 ps into a 97 ps the 97 is junk i guess. he was wondering if everthing will work and if it is just a bolt in deal thanks again :thanks:

Yes, the 94.5-97 engines are pretty much bolt-ins for each other. The biggest issue is if you got a Cali truck with split-shot injectors. Check to see if the 97 has AB code injectors, they are AD split-shot's little brothers.
