05 headlights

do 2005 headlights fit in a 99?? I want to upgrade my headlights. Also do 04 or 03 headlights work in a 99?? Thanks for the help.:smoke

i am pretty sure that you have to change the grill, bumper and and some other stuff to make that work. there was a guy selling the kits for $1500 or $2000 a while back. would be nice if they fit i would have them.

2006 lariat fx4. Straight piped. SCT tuner.

I put some 03 lights in my 99, and they fit perfectly. I heard that you have to cut behind the light to make the 05s work.

03' 6.0 Excursion 4x4 Eddie Bauer.

99' F350 4x4 XLT CC/LB.

03-04 lights work perfectly. 05-07 Lights require trimming/cutting the panel behind the lights. :smoke

Get in touch with DieselDog. He mounted '05 Harley lights on his '00. Looks sharp as all get out. There is massive trimming required on the header panel...but it can be done.

THIS is the look with the 05 to 07 head lights with a older grill and bumper. A little header panel trimming needs to be done and then a conversion harness like THIS is needed to convert the 9007 to 9008 bulbs.
