Question on PCM

My PCM has gone bad and I have found one at a good price but not sure if it will interchage. I have a F350 4dr dually with 7.3l and the one I have found is for a 96 F350 4dr dually with the 460 in it. My question is can I use this with my powerchip and it will override the flash in the PCM?

My PCM
F5TF-12A650-BJF TEE5

The other one
F6TF-12A650-AMD FEZ3

Diesels and Gasssers dont uslley mix so I would have to say no, but I would call a dealer to find out for sure! Or just contact DP Tunner! He will know if your chip will fix it!

96 F-250 4X4,DP Tunner, EZmod, up graded IDM, custom drive shafts, staight axle up grade, 5-speed,head studs, bps bypass, dual HPOP's, AFE Filter, aeromotive fuel system, tubes, springs, oringed, copper head gaskets, 5" stacks (all chrome), south-bend dd clutch, H2E big spinny thing, some hugh-jazz injectors, 3" body lift (had to fit the turbo in), homemade traction bars fromt and rear, blood sweat & lockers!!
Four different trucks had to die to make this one!!!!!!!!!!!Thats why we call him FRANKEN STROKE! Too much fuel, and not enough money

Sled pulling in NC,TENN,VA,and anywere else theyll let us!!!!!

P.S. Dont be afraid of the sawzall! It can fix anything!

No it will not work. You will need to replace with a like designation of your PCM.

Yes, Jody at DP-Tuner can do a stock flash with your PCM code or you can get a performance flash done.

www.dp-tuner.com

Jody and Diane are some the best people to deal with and Jody's tuning is second to none IMO.
