uhh, are all the tierod ends new? all 4 locations?

You fix the alignment of the steering wheel by adjusting the length of the drag link.

You remove play in the steering box by adjusting it, but if there wasn't enough play to bother you before, this isn't the problem. Start replacing tierod ends and ball joints.

Buy a new box I had the same prob and only sometimes will the drag link work. If your going to have big tires get a stearing shock it will help save your stearing box.
