6.0 Litre Intercooler into a 1997

I bought a 6.0 litre intercooler to fit to my 1997 Powerstroke. I know it must have been done dozens of times before, can anyone point me to threads or give me ideas on this instal, please.

I believe that first link is for installing a 6.0L cooler in a 7.3L SD not a '97.

Does your Ambulance have a truck or van chassis? Not sure how much room there is to put one in a van.

Thanks for the information

Looks like we are moving house shortly so the intercooler will have to stay in the box for a few months. Thanks to all for the info, I'll post some photos of how it turns out.
