HPOP Seals

Just got a used 17* HPOP. Any certain kind of seals that I should get? any material better than others? do I even need to replace any seals?

I would put in some new o-rings on the fittings. There are 2 fittings for the HPO hoses and 1 plug that all take a 906 o-ring. You need Viton material with a Durometer rating of 90. Or you can just buy the o-rings from Ford or international. They come with a little bit of loctite for the threads of the fitting so I would suggest to do that if you get o-rings somewhere else.

A new HPOP gasket would be a good idea also. More insurance against leaks.

I'm doing the same thing to mine in the next week or two depending on when I get some o-rings and a gasket to do the job.
