Buying Advice

Got a chance to buy a 7.3 PSD for a good price the only thing is is that the motor has a main bearing gone in it. I know its a bearing cause he already got the motor pulled and the pan off. But they are asking 750 for it. But that includes everything in the van, (completely stripped) from front to back. All wiring piping and accesories. Intercooler, radiator, and all front accesorys on the motor. Turbo, computer, exhaust, and all. My question is even though the motor needs bearings would it be worth that price?

is the bearing spun? it's not easy to fix a spun bearing in these things since the trucks use a gear train to drive the cam and whatnot. They are fixable, but it's pricey. . .just something to add into the cost.
