Are you still getting the SES?

Check your IC boots.
Check your up pipes.
Check for a kink in the boost guage line.

Just a couple of thoughts..

Are you checking to see what the SES light is for, or are we just assuming its the overboost?

Also sounds like you need to ajust the wastegate tighter, you should be seeing 32-35# with those injectors.

If your boost gauge is T'ed into the MAP hose it must be between the engine and the regulator. If you have a blow off type MAP fooler then the T needs to be as close to the engine as possible.

Sounds to me like you either have the T for you gauge between the regulator and the map or it is too close to the Blow Off Valve.

ok i have the boost fooler from d2hiperf aka dave the t kind and i have a t fitting for my boost gauge, but i put the boost t fitting between the motor and boost fooler. i did wat the instructions that dave sent me told me to do.

joe- yea i'm just assuming its the over boost light b/c when i would romp on it it would throw the check engine light.

now i checked the y pipes and there is no soot anywhere. so i dont think they're leaking.

anything else?

try the fitting that puts the gauge line in the intake air heater spot and see if that helps
