i have been going through a lot of u joint what could be causing this?

Any number of things. Is your truck lifted? If so did you put tapered blocks in the back? Is your driveshaft clocked properly? Did you shim your carrier bearing when you did the lift if you have one? Need more info.

Your driveshaft could be out of balance also. Check to see if there are any weights on it.
